Chef George graduated from San Diego Culinary Institute of San Diego in 2008 and has been cooking family recipes for the past 15 years.  He has worked at acclaimed establishments such as, Intuit, La Costa Resort and Karl Strauss brewery. His dream was to always establish a place where his menu could reflect his individuality as a Chef. George's Fish Bucket gives Chef George the freedom to do so...we hope you enjoy!

 Julie Lopez is the daughter of former owner David Agosto and wife of Chef George. Julianna graduated from Chapman University in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences. She has a certificate in mixology and 15 years experience in the restaurant industry.
